Frequently Asked Questions
There are 2 ways to make payment:
• Online Payment via Shopify - you can make payment with your Credit Card via security checkout with Shopify.
• Offline Payment - you can make a bank transfer / PAYNOW to us within 24 hours of your order. More information and our account details will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please contact us immediately within 24 hours since processed and shipped orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Refund policy is only applicable for goods that are defective or damaged. Do send us photo proof to hello@thebraveassembly.com or DM us over @thebraveassembly on Instagram.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns lost in return shipping will also not be refunded. All shipping costs incurred by exchange will be borne by customers.
To avoid lost parcels and provide additional assurance for your orders, all orders are now shipped via Ninja Van directly to your doorstep at a flat fee of $4.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you will be able to track your parcels at this link: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking
For all orders within Singapore, we offer FREE Shipping for orders above SGD50.
For international orders, we will ship with Speedpost Priority.
For customised calligraphy orders with frame, delivery is done via meet-ups only so as to avoid any cases of damaged goods.
We will not liable for any lost parcels.
For all Returned Parcels, receiver is to pay for shipping costs incurred before orders can be mailed out again.
